    Combine Kenya and Tanzania super safari both comfort and
    budget camping: 34 days

    Combining these two countries in Africa is really a big adventure and you will enjoy such a magnificent variation of sceneries with great and different wild gaming all the time and everywhere!
    It will be a safari you never will forget!!!

    Safari program:

    Day 1: Arrival at Nairobi
    Arrival at Nairobi airport, whre you meet us and have a transfer to Boulevard Hotel or Panafric in Nairobi city, where you will enjoy meals and overnight. Here we will have a short meeting with you about the trip.

    Day 2: Nairobi - Samburu
    We have an early breakfast and than we leave for Samburu National Park. We drive north through Kikuyu land and across the equator into Samburu National Reserve where we arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game viewing.
    Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sarova lodge.

    Day 3: Samburu National Reserve tanzania kenya safari
    We enjoy morning and afternoon game viewing in search of the Big Five, Gravy's zebra, somali ostrich, graceful gerenuk and reticulated giraffe. Game viewing drives at Samburu in search of the rarely found species of wild game like the rare liver-red reticulated giraffe, grevy's zebra, the long necked gerenuk, antelopes, beisa oryx.
    There is an option between meals to visit to the Samburu villages if clients so wish.
    All meals and overnight at Samburu Sarova lodge.

    Day 4: Samburu - Mount Kenya
    We depart Samburu after breakfast driving south to the luxurious Mount Kenya Safari Club set at the foot of Mount Kenya. Lunch and afternoon at leisure to enjoy club facilities.
    Dinner and overnight at SportMan Arms Hotel in Nanyuki.

    Day 5: Mount Kenya - Sweetwater's camp
    After breakfast we leave to Sweetwater's camp in time for lunch. Than we will have an afternoon game drive at Sweetwater's - a private game sanctuary of around 45,000 hectares. There is a substantial amount of game here, including elephant, giraffe, zebra and a tame rhino called Moran. Even more famous is the chimpanzee sanctuary, which is visited by boat. Other options may include horse and camel rides. There is a Rhino Sanctuary nearby on Ol Pejeta Ranch.

    There are no herds of minibuses; just solitude, broad horizons, a view of snow-capped Mt. Kenya and a variety of animals - herds of elephant, reticulated giraffe, buffalo, oryx and zebra. Your luxurious tents overlook a floodlit waterhole frequented by elephant, giraffe and perhaps rhino. Overlooking a floodlit waterhole, the camp offers visitors an unforgettable opportunity to watch and photograph animals in their natural habitat.

    Day 6: Sweetwater's camp - Treetops
    After breakfast we leave for Treetops to be in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives in time for dinner and overnight at Treetops or Outspan overlooking a floodlit waterhole.

    Day 7: Sweetwater's camp - Lake Baringo
    After breakfast we drive towards Abederdares through Nayhururu town. You can stop here for a cup of tea/coffee as you take pictures of the Thompson’s Falls later descend to the floor of the Great Rift Valley and arrive at Lake Baringo in the afternoon. This is a fresh water lake which supports a great variety of birds as well as the hippo and crocodile. Dinner and overnight at a camp. Day 8: Lake Baringo - Lake Bogoria - Lake Nakuru National Park.
    After early  breakfast we depart heading south via Lake Bogoria which is a shallow soda lake with a beautiful scenery and home of flamingoes and we arrive at the hot springs and the geysers all which contribute to the beauty of the lake. After lunch we proceed to Lake Nakuru in the south. This is another shallow soda lake which inhabits more than a million flamingoes.
    The Lake Nakuru National Park also has a Rhino sanctuary. Other animals to be seen here are lion, buffalo, waterbuck, warthog and hippo.
    Dinner and overnight at the Stem hotel (budget hotel).

    Day 9: Lake Nakuru - Hell's Gate - Naivasha
    We enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast in search of lions and after leave for Hell's Gate or enjoy a boat ride to Crescent Island, Elsamere conservation center where you will learn the history of Joy Adamson the conservationist. At Hell's Gate National Park you can hire bikes to take you around the park or take a walk in the gorge. There are herds of zebra, buffalo, hartebeest and gazelle. There is some spectacular scenery here, red cliffs, grassy plains and rock towers made of hardened lava, the remains of ancient volcanoes.

    Day 10: Naivasha - Maasai Mara
    We leave Naivasha for Maasai Mara in time for lunch at Sopa lodge. After that we take game drives. The open grasslands of the Serengeti - Mara are home to over 3 million large mammals. These include over 1.4 million wildebeest, which migrate in an enormous, straggling herd each year between the southern part of the Serengeti to the northern part and back again. On our morning and afternoon game drives in the Maasai Mara we have a very good chance of seeing all the major plains animals including lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, rhino, hyena, cheetah, jackal, warthog and many species of antelope. In this area we also encounter and learn about the Maasai, a proud tribal people struggling to preserve their traditions in the face of modernization.

    Day 11: Maasai Mara National Park
    After breakfast we spend the full day gaming with a picnic lunch viewing at Maasai Mara, probably with a cultural excursion at the Maasai villages in time for dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa or similar lodge. Optional is a balloon safari for around US $ 400 p.p.

    Day 12: Masai Mara - Nairobi
    We start with an early morning game drive after breakfast and depart for Nairobi by road with lunch en route arriving late afternoon to check Hotel comfort Inn/Parkside Hotel all budget for dinner and overnight.

    Day 13: Nairobi - Tsavo East
    After an early breakfast you will be picked from the Boulevard Hotel and then drive to Tsavo East National Park along the Mombasa - Nairobi highway to enter the park through the Bachuma Gate. Here we will be at in time for lunch at Voi Wildlife Lodge for enjoying a game drive en route in search of lions, giraffes, elephants, antelopes waterbucks, cheetahs, leopards and a variety of birds. We can have an afternoon rest and then start the evening game drive.
    Dinner and overnight at the Budget Hotel Inn Voi Town.

    Day 14: Tsavo East - Tsavo West
    After breakfast we will have a half day game drive in the park. After lunch we depart to Tsavo West National park arriving in time for the late afternoon game drive that will take you to the Mzima Springs to watch hippos and fish at the underwater observation point. Continue your game drive in search of leopards, giraffes, elephants, dikdiks and birds.
    Dinner and overnight at a lodge.

    Day 15: Tsavo West - Amboseli
    We enjoy a morning game drive with packed lunch en route. Then we proceed to Amboseli National Reserve in time for dinner and overnight at Amboseli Lodge for dinner and overnight.

    Day 16: Amboseli - Arusha
    We will have early morning game drives to view large variety of wildlife in the park, including some of the largest elephant specie in Africa. You can spot one of the extremely rare black rhino that live here. You will then drive through Namanga (the border Kenya / Tanzania) to Arusha arriving in time for lunch at Mt. Meru - 3 Star - in Arusha or a budget hotel. You will be here at leisure with dinner and overnight.

    Day 17: Lake Manyara National Park
    After breakfast you will be picked from your hotel to depart from the city of Arusha for an approximately 3 hours drive to Lake Manyara National Park with picnic lunch en route. The Lake Manyara National Park one of the most popular and attractive national parks. For a relatively small area in size, it contains a variety of habitat and diverse animals and birds. Lake Manyara is famous for its tree-climbing Lions and numerous migratory birds. Late pm proceed to camp site were you will be staying for overnight, the camp offers a spectacular view of the Great Rift Valley.

    Day 18: Olduvai Gorge - Serengeti National Park
    After breakfast we proceed to Serengeti National Park passing through Ngorongoro Conservation Malanja Depression towards Olduvai Gorge. This desert like Gorge lies at the foot of the Ngorongoro highlands and is a world-renowned site as a repository for the remains of vast numbers of animals that roamed these plains years ago. We will visit the museum featuring the famous Zinj skull, the Zinjanthropus men of 1.8 million years ago, whose remaining were found here by Dr. Leakey. Early am after picnic lunch we enter the Serengeti National Park and drive toward Seronera River Valley en route game drive.
    Meals and overnight stay at the Seronera Wildlife Lodge or similar.

    Day 19: Serengeti National Park
    Serengeti is as big as Northern Ireland. It is the greatest sanctuary in the world, fantastic in its natural beauty and nequaled in its scientific value. Serengeti contains about 4 million different types of animals including the Big five; Rhino, Leopard, buffalo, lion and the elephant. You have a full day in Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives.

    Day 20: Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater
    After a morning game we drive in Serengeti National Park head off via Simba Kopjes, Naabi Hill Gate where we will stop to enjoy one of the most memorable picnic lunches in your life at this plains of Serengeti to drive towards the Ngorongoro conservation area. We will stop on the crater rim for the view of stupendous Ngorongoro crater and you can admire this masterpiece of mother nature. This oval shape Ngorongoro crater is a 300 km2 in area and 610 m deep crater and is a repository of Africa's finest wildlife. All the Big Five are present living a privileged existence on the crater floor and so placid you can move right among them.
    Meals and overnight stay at Wildlife Lodge in a prime position on the for the best view of the Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge.

    Day 21: Ngorongoro Crater
    A full day game viewing will be spent at the crater floor with a midday break for a picnic lunch. Ngorongoro's population includes lion, elephant, hyena, wildebeest and the highly endangered black rhino. More than 30,000 animals live in this enclosed grassland, including hippos that live in the central soda lake Again. Bird life includes ostrich, crested crane and egret.

    Day 22: Tarangire National Park
    After breakfast you will depart Ngorongoro Conservation for the Tarangire National Park via African traditional village of Karatu, a chance to buy a souvenir at Kilima Tembo through Great Rift Valley, Colorful village of Mto wa Mbu mid day entering Tarangire National Park. This park offers wide panoramas of open acacia woodland and grass savanna, where huge herds of elephants (often two hundred strong) and other unique residents, such as fringe-eared Oryx and Lesser Kudu roam free. En route game drive in the park with picnic lunches.
    Dinner and overnight stay at Tarangire Sopa Lodge.

    Day 23: Tarangire National Park
    We will enjoy a full day of at the part for morning and afternoon game viewing observing the large variety of animals that populate the park: eland, giraffe, elephant, lion, oryx, buffalo, zebra, baboons, leopard and a myriad of birds and reptiles.
    Meals and overnight stay camping at Wild Palm Camp site in Tarangire.

    Day 24: Tarangire - Arusha National Park
    After breakfast we drive back to Arusha for lunch at the Old Rock Restaurant, then we proceed to Arusha National Park for dinner at overnight stay at the Mommela Lodge in the Arusha National Park.

    Day 25: Arusha- Mombasa
    Today is the day when we will say farewell to our Tanzania Classic Safari, after breakfast you enjoy your half day game drive at Arusha National Park which is on the foot hill of Mount Meru, midday we will proceed to back to city of Arusha in time for lunch then drive through Namanga to Mombasa arriving in late evening Dinner and overnight at Tiwi Beach.

    Day 26: Mombasa-Tiwi beach
    Today is a day to take a rest from the exciting safari we enjoyed: just take a rest on the beach and swim in the warm Indian Ocean.

    Day 27: Mombasa Tiwi- Full Day City Tour and Nature Tour
    Today we will enjoy a comprehensive morning tour of the island including a visit to Fort Jesus and it will be followed by a lunch at Mamba Village. Mamba is the Swahili name for crocodile and this “ village” is in reality a crocodile farm. We depart after lunch for the Bamburi Quarry Nature Trail. The wasteland of the stone quarry has been reclaimed and amongst the casuarinas trees and other tropical flora reside a variety of wildlife and birds, eland and buffalo, crocodiles and many other reptiles can be seen wandering with crowned cranes. The commercially viable aqua culture complex is also visited.

    Day 28: Shimba Hills National Park
    After your breakfast we depart Mombasa in the morning for Shimba hills National park arriving in time for lunch. here we will enjoy an afternoon game drive.
    Dinner and overnight at Shimba Hills lodge.

    Day 29: Shimba Hills - Mombasa Tiwi Beach
    After breakfast we have a game drive and relax at Shimba Hills, lunch and depart for Mombasa arriving in the evening at Tiwi beach for dinner and overnight.

    Day 30: Mombasa Tiwi Beach Excursion Malindi and Gedi
    We depart from Tiwi Beach and drive north to Kilifi through attractive country covered by extensive sisal plantations dotted with huge baobab trees. Cross the scenic creek and continue onto the ancient city of Gedi - a 13th century ruin in the heart of a dense forest. Thereafter we proceed onto the coastal town of Malindi for lunch and an exploration of the marine park in a glass-bottomed boat where an experienced guide takes you on goggling and snorkeling. Later, visit a nearby village and watch the Giriama tribe perform exciting tribal dances before driving back to Mombasa by sundown to Tiwi for Dinner and overnight.

    Day 31: Mombasa
    Today you can enjoy a full day in Mombasa or take a rest at your hotel.

    Day 32: Mombasa - Nairobi
    In the Morning we drive to Nairobi arriving at late afternoon. At leisure for diner and overnight at budget hotel Comfort Inn. (Optional because of the bad roads is to fly)

    Day 33 & 34: Nairobi
    Here you can enjoy the city tour and you can have a visit to the National Museum. Also you can depart in the direction of the soda lake Lake Magadi with hot springs (not geysers) where you will visit under the way the Olergesaille archaeological site. En route we will enjoy a picnic lunch. Returning to your hotel in the evening. Another option is of course to do your shopping.
    Dinner and overnight at the Panafranic hotel. You will be transferred to the airport for your flight home after a very adventurous safari extensively in Kenya, Tanzania and the beach.
