Ngorongoro is declared as National Park and has as a crater a special eco-system. Manyara is beautiful with his variety of bird life and Serengeti is the greatest and most famous park in East Africa. Tarangire completes this special Tanzania safari. Day 1: Arusha - Lake Manyara We will leave Arusha to drive to Lake Manyara. Here we will enjoy an afternoon game drive. Nestling at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, the park is recognized for its incredible beauty. Wildlife at Lake Manyara is not restricted to bird life only. You can see many game animals such as buffalo, elephant, giraffe, impala, hippo and a lot of others. Dinner and overnight at a lodge. Day 2 Lake Manyara - Serengeti We depart after breakfast to Serengeti passing through Olduvai Gorge the site for Leakey’s family discoveries of fossils of human and animal ancestors dating back to almost two million years. Meals and overnight at lodge. Day 3: Serengeti National Park We will spent a full day in beautiful Serengeti, morning and afternoon game drives. Serengeti is known as one of the best wildlife sanctuary in the world, especially renowned for the migration of animals. Every year more than a million wildebeest and zebras travel through the park with the top at July until September. Meals and overnight at your lodge. Day 4 Ngorongoro First we held a morning game viewing drive. After breakfast we depart to one of the natural wonders of the world: the Ngorongoro crater. Ngorongoro is declared as National Park in 1959 and in 1979 by the UNESCO World Heritage. The crater is 610 m deep and 260 km2 and it is accessible with 4 WD vehicles. The steep sides of the crater mean that it has become a natural enclosure for a very wide variety of wildlife, including most of the species. Dinner and overnight at a lodge. Day 5: Ngorongoro crater After an early morning breakfast we leave with a picnic lunch for a full day crater tour. You will be taken 2000 ft down the crater by a 4-wheel drive vehicle and explore the crater before ascending back to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Day 6 Ngorongoro - Tarangire After breakfast we drive to Tarangire, where we enjoy an afternoon game drive.It is the vast number of baobabs that first capture the eye as you enter Tarangire National Park. The gently rolling countryside is dotted with these majestic trees, which seem to dwarf the may animals species that feed beneath them. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. Day 7: Tarangire - Arusha After breakfast go for a morning game viewing drive in Tarangire National Park. Return to lodge. Day 1: Arusha - Lake Manyara
We will leave Arusha to drive to Lake Manyara. Here we will enjoy an afternoon game drive. Nestling at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, the park is recognized for its incredible beauty.
